We will be following the Everyday Math 4 Math Program. The focus of instruction is to help understand the contect required by the Common Core State Standards.  In second grade, the content focuses on procedures, concepts, and applications in four critical areas: understanding base-10 notation, building addition and subtraction fluency, understanding units of measure, and describing and analyzing shapes.
